What can I do if I am an Administrator and if I am a Backup Manager?

This article explains the different user profiles in Klonup and the actions each profile can perform.

In Klonup, the following user profiles exist:

Administrator

The Administrator role is designed for clients who need to manage their own Smartsheet Connections and users. Administrators can:

  • Register new Smartsheet Connections (API KEY configuration).

  • Register new users (Backup Managers).

  • Modify Connections (only those they have access to).

  • View, edit and block other users' configurations.

  • Edit their own user data.

  • Create, edit, delete and pause tasks associated with Connections.

  • View task history.

Backup Manager

The Backup Manager role focuses on backup configuration and management. Backup Managers can:

  • Edit their own user data.

  • Create, edit, delete and pause tasks associated with Connections.

  • View task history.
