Besides automatic scheduling, you can run a backup at any time without waiting for the next scheduled run.
Go into your organization and open the Connection you want to work on (for example, "Backup Smartsheet").
In the Connection's task list, find the task you want to run and click the "Run" button on its row. You can also click the task's name to open its detail panel and click "Run now" at the top.
You'll be asked to confirm: "The task will be executed immediately. This action cannot be undone." Click "Run now" to confirm.
The run is processed in the background: you can close the screen and check the result later in the task's execution history.
Button labels may appear in Spanish or English depending on your Connection's language setting.
