1. Click on "Add User"

Users belong to an organization. When you log into Klonup, you will go directly to your organization's main screen. If you have Admin permissions, you will see the "Add User" button. Click on it to open the Create User panel.

You will need to enter the user's basic information, such as "First Name", "Last Name", and "Email".

3. Access permissions

For the user to only manage a specific connection, they must have Backup Manager access. If they are granted Administrator permissions, they will be able to manage all connections within the organization.

In this section, select the connection or connections you want the Backup Manager user to be able to manage.

Finally, click the "Create user" button to register them.

6. Email received

The user you registered will receive an email like this one to access their account. This email might land in the spam folder, so we recommend checking it if it doesn't show up in the inbox. Additionally, help articles will be displayed at the bottom of the email to help them get started with the tool.
